Bosch K Jet Fuel Distributor head REBUILD service

We've built numerous fuel heads within our workshop, and we can offer this service to you too! All aluminium fuel heads can be rebuilt with new seals. We replace all the internal seals and set the fuel needle to the default position. The tower screw will need adjusting, and the metering unit (EHA) may need adjusting post rebuild in some instances.

Should you need assistance with those tasks, we are happy to help.

You will post your metering unit to us, and it will be subsequently rebuilt, tested, and posted back to you ready to install.

The Bosch KJet fuel injection system was introduced in cars from the late 1970's and was in use up until the early 1990's.

These metering heads can be found in many manufacturers vehicles, including:

Mercedes

Volvo

Volkswagen

Audi

Saab

Ford

Ferrari

Lamborghini

Bentley

Rolls Royce 

We have successfully rebuilt units for Mercedes, Ford, and Ferrari. The early Mercedes 8 and 6 cylinder fuel heads are identical to those found in the Ferrari and Lamborghini vehicles. We are happy to rebuild these units and test the post build flow for balance.

Our turnaround time is currently set at 7 business days from receipt. This gives us enough time to order the correct seals, clean and rebuild and then test the units pre-delivery.
