This is the plastic cover/ shell for the R129 rearview mirror. There's several variations, so please check against the guide images.

This one is variation C/3.

It's for the most basic mirror option available. No auto dimming, no alarm indicator, no garage door opener, just the manual anti glare toggle underneath.
